Return and Refund Policy
Kiddy Cave aims to provide a straightforward and transparent return experience. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.
Important Information
- Return Window: Returns can be requested within 90 days from the delivery date.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are applied.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
90-Day Return Period
Return requests can be submitted within 90 days after delivery. If an item does not meet expectations, a return request can be submitted and instructions will be provided after approval.
Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must remain unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must remain in its original condition.
- Original tags or packaging should be included when applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required. The order confirmation email is accepted as valid proof.
How to Request a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Before sending any item back, contact our support team through the Contact Us page and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item or items you would like to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
Returns sent without prior approval can not be processed.
Step 2 — Follow the Provided Instructions
Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed instructions will be provided explaining how and where to return the item.
Step 3 — Package the Item Securely
Items should be packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during the return shipment.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when a return is requested due to preference changes, exchanges, or similar reasons.
If an item arrives damaged or differs from the original order, contact our support team as soon as possible so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Refund Process
Returned items are inspected after arrival. If the return meets the eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing can take up to 7 business days after approval.
No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
Exchanges
Exchange requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page by providing the order number and the item requested for exchange. Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility conditions described above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged or does not match the original order, contact the support team promptly through the Contact Us page. Providing a clear photo of the issue and the order number can help speed up the review process.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact the support team as soon as possible and include the order number. Cancellation requests are handled based on order status and cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, a return request can still be submitted after delivery within the 90-day return window.
